Key Responsibilities:
• Client Leadership: Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their PR goals are exceeded.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies tailored to client needs, including campaigns, media outreach, and events.
• Team Coordination: Lead and mentor account executives, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
• Media Relations: Cultivate and leverage relationships with media outlets to secure high-impact coverage.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple accounts, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and alignment with client expectations.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign results, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Business Development: Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and assist in new business pitches.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, media relations, or communications (agency experience preferred).
• Proven track record in managing clients and executing successful PR campaigns.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and team management experience.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
